There is no "DNR discharge-- the discharges are Honorable, General Under Honorable Conditions, Other than Honorable (OTH) and Dishonorable.
However, a General Under Honorable Conditions discharge may be marked DNR, for "Do Not Re-Enlist"-- a person with a General discharge has to apply for a special waiver to serve again, and it's usually hard to get.
