To save water while showering, install a low-flow showerhead. New designs range from 1.5 to 2.5 gallons per minute and still provide a powerful stream of water. Other ways to help save water while showering: 1)Take short showers instead of baths. 2)Don't run the water full force when showering. 3)Turn the shower off while soaping or shaving.
Shower "The Navy Way" - just get wet, and then turn off the shower while soaping and scrubbing, and turn it on again briefly to rinse off. It's a great water conservation technique.♥

Get a water-saving shower head. Shower with a bucket on the shower floor so the excess water goes into the bucket (you can then use it on plants)

Shower with a friend, that way you can use half the water and wash each other's back.

Do it the military way ... get in and get wet, turn off the water, soap up, shampoo, and turn the water back on to rinse off.
