When you comb your hair while it's wet, with a finetooth comb... What will happen to your hair? Will it become damaged? How can you tell when it's damaged? And most importantly, what measures should you take if your hair is damaged this way?

I don't think it becomes damaged.
It might fall out, but that's natural--there are a NUMBER of hairs that are supposed to fall out in a day.

It's never recomended to comb your hair while it's still wet or damp. It wont do major damage, but it will cause your hair to break, or come out much easier. It's best to let it dry as much as possible before brushing. If you must comb your hair though, do so with a thick, wide tooth comb. This will minimize the breakage of your hair.

when you comb ur hair while its wet, as long as u dont pull 2 hard its kk. howeva its realy hard not 2 pull if theres a knot, so u should use a wide-tooth comb first, then a fine-tooth comb. It can cause split ends if u dont use the wide-tooth comb. If u do damage ur hair this way, use an intense moisturising treatment (such as a hot oil or beeswax conditioner) & trim off any split ends that u get.

You have been misinformed. definite, of direction, you comb your hair while this is moist. you at the instant are not meant to brush your hair while this is moist because of the fact the blended tension of all those bristles places too a lot stress on moist hair and could stretch it to the factor of breakage interior the hair. That ends up in limp broken hair, and later chop up ends. in case you employ a comb and rip by using your hair with the comparable tension which will ruin the hair, then this is faulty. Hair is greater fragile while moist, so attempt to be greater mushy. You never pull and attempt to take the tangles out from the roots to the ends. you quite often initiate on the previous few centimetres on the ends, comb them out, and slowly artwork your way up the shaft to the scalp. Doing it this way isn't complicated on the hair. while each and every of the tangles are out, then you certainly can comb by using all of it relatively. definite, hairdressers do it each and every of the time. They understand how, and that they have got sturdy combs too. no longer all of them are made the comparable way! The cream rinse you're making use of needs to conceal each and every of the hair, so combing it by using is one thank you to establish that each and every hair gets coated via it. you're able to nicely ensure to artwork it by using each and every hair with your hands, and that seems to take constantly. A comb is a quickly thank you to do it. maximum combs have a great and a slender area -- the extensive the teeth are for removing tangles, the finer end is for ending touches. it is likewise possible to get extensive combs with very extensive the teeth -- you have gotten seen them on the hairdressers; they use them for undesirable tangles or while combing by using a colour. it relatively is not the device this is undesirable -- it relatively is the guy making use of it that creates the wear and tear.

I don't know if it'll damage it. I always heard that a pick or wide tooth comb were best to use, and to start from the ends and work your way up. Supposed to keep from getting split ends.

combing ur hair with a comb is recommended because it causes less hair to fall out (using a brush makes ur hair fall if its wet) u should use a conditioner (i like pantene) or cream for the hair to allow the comb to go through ur hair easier. if ur hair is damages theres lots of shampoos and conditiioners n hair creams that help you

your hair is fragile when its wet , you can tear the hair. you should always use a wide tooth comb when its wet and start combing it from the bottom working your way up to the top to work the knots out

NEVER brush your hair while it is wet. Use a Wide Tooth comb and when it dries you can brush it. Brushing your hair is one of the worst things for your hair. You should treat it like delicate lace. Washing it every other day, and conditioning it everyday will help it Stay much stronger. Also use heating irons minimally
