Bet you are just stressed to the max with all the things you have to do and trying to keep all the pieces straight.....just relax, take a nice deep breath.....
Okay, take a minute off from the world and try to compose yourself and your thoughts, try to calmly backtrack in your mind when you remember seeing it last, enlist the help of friends and family to take specific areas that they will thoroughly comb that area looking for it.
It will show up; if the wedding is right around the corner, use a substitute until the ring can be found, so you don't have to purchase another, because you will eventually find it. I imagine you just put in some REAL safe place.

you should always keep your ring on!! i don't think u should ask of any prayers for this, just sat down and think where's the last place i had my ring, some times when u do this it will all come back to u, could be right under your nose okay!!!!
