I say move on to new territory new place even.
Sounds like your just a convenient lay when he wants.

if the things at his ex's house are worth some coin then i can see going over there to get them but otherwise there is no reason and if he really has to go then go with him if that wont work for him then i would say he is hiding something and you would be better off moving on there are plenty of nice guys out there that can be honest with you.

I don't think he feels the same way you may feel for him. If he wanted something between you he would have said so. I think this is one of those situations where he cares for you, but doesn't want to be with you. Why not ask him and see what he says?

He is trying to be friends
you need to make new friends, but give yourself time
I don't think you will be happy living in the same complex.
If you lived a distance from each other, he might miss seeing you.

well. i think he's too bossy at this time of your life . and i think you need to break it off with him. i would not like if an ex of mine ask me so many personal questions. i htink now, it's none of his business. sounds like he's a little controling. you deserve better.good luck

I can't tell from your exchange, either.
I would proceed as if he wasn't in the picture
if you let him back in, then find,
but proceed as if he is history.
He needs to make himself clear.
It is clear that you are available to him.
