A healthy diet, lots of water and good skin care.
Wash your face twice daily with dial antibacterial soap. Follow with a good moisturizer, and I don't mean baby lotion. I mean something like Nivea, or Lubriderm that wont clog your pores.
If you have zits already, astringent pads, between face washings will help keep the dirt down, and keep them from popping up any more. Oxy, or Noxzema are the best.
Whatever you do, don't jab and pick on them. This is how pock marks and scars get started. If they don't wash gently away with the washrag when you clean your face, leave it alone. It will eventually come out on it's own, or absorb back into the pore.
May you have clear skin the rest of your days :) Cheers All :)

try using natural products that have no preservatives or acids in them. A lot of products like clearasil use acids and basically strip the top layer of the skin off to dry out the spots and pimples. using products like calamine and tea tree work wonders, the calamine dries the spot out and tea tree is an anti bacterial to stop it returning. it also worth investing in a good natural moisturiser that contains cocoa butter as it will keep your skin flexible and help prevent any scarring. good luck. x

If you want to get rid of it naturally, the best thing to do in drink a lot of water, it flushes out the bacteria. get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. wash your face about 2 a day morning and night. And another major factor of acne, is stress. find something that helps you relax, perhaps yoga, or anything that helps you.

I don't reccomend this by any means, but you may take what you want from my answer.
Since you mentioned "natural," this is about as natural as it gets! People back in the day (before skin cancer research) used to treat acne with sunbathing. Acne can be a bacterial problem and UV rays are anti-bacterial.

Order pascalite clay (http://www.pascalite.com) which you can use as a facial masque. This clay is of fine quality, sterilized and I've had excellent results as had an oily complexion with sebaceous acne for years. It leaves skin feeling extremely smooth.
The clay is found in Wyoming and is 100% natural.
Drinking lots of water is important, but if problem persists, one may need to consult a dermatologist (skin doctor) who specializes in treating such conditions.
Your general practitioner doctor might prescribe a type of antibiotic for you (low cost) which can greatly help acne, or a topical cream.

natural remedy?
keep your hands off the face. keep your environment as dust free as possible to avoid clogging the pores. Drink lots of water and eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Wash with a good anti bacteria soap or something with a bit of lemon in it.
Goodnews is Age helps. Your hormones balance off and you have less oil glands.

Try using just hot water to get rid of oil, epsom salt and baking soda to exfoiliate, and apple cider vinegar diluted w/ water for astringent. Also don't try to tan it off! I did that over the summer and it irritates the hell out of your skin making it more oily and more acne! Also drink water and eat veggies and fruit very important. Check out Acne.org you'll find help there!

If by "natural" you're referring to anything aside from medication, try using Purpose soap and a "buff puff", a rough textured sponge. Wash your face twice a day with the soap and sponge.
