go to yahoo, type super, choose the first one. download the software, converted the things you want.

get a trial of adobe premiere pro or afteer effects. then import the video and separate the audio from the video. then save the audio as mp3.

you can actually just use your windows media player it has an option to convert music to mp3 no special software needed
