Be her best friend even while she's dating the guy. He'll get jealous of you and dump her. Then you will be right there to pick up the peices.

Well if i were you, i would just tell her, and when you do tell her you know she likes someone else, but you just thought she should know...and if you are lucky she will tell you that she realized that she likes you instead of that one person because she realized that you are unlike any other guy out there and that you actually have feelings...trust me i've been through the same think before and that's exactly how it turned out ^_^ (tell her your crazy about her not that you love her)

Either tell her or drop hints about it. If she's your friend then she should pick up the hints and fall for you in return. Usually when you figure out someone likes you it usually makes them start to like you back.

comming from a womens perspective , i would think you would give her a clue...you have to let her know ..start with small talk let her know you have some type of interest in her..she if she responds..take it from there.

you cant really say much.. until you've tried. tell her exactly how you feel.. or maybe just start giving little hints, if your scared, or act more fond of her.. and caring.. maybe she'll start liking you.. if she doesn't *secretly* already (just like you) :)
