The BEST way to do this is to have the person braid a bee hive into your head (which is just a spiral) and then sew it in. Gluing it in is bad for your hair.

I read in a recent "celeb gossip" magazine that clip on extensions are becoming more and more popular. I even read that Jessica Simpson is teaming up with her hairstylist or something to come out with a line of clip on extensions. The box says "Hair Do" and "Hair and Wear." Check out the website www.hairextensions.com. The article I read was in InTouch, Nov. 6, 2006 page 36.

You absolutely must look into Hairlocs. These extensions are the most real looking thing and do the least amount of damage to your natural hair. They clip onto small amounts of hair (you need to have them put in by a professional) and you can treat it like normal hair. I"ve had them for two years and I love them! You can buy a stock color (cheapest) or have them dyed to match your hair. You can also re-use them for months. Go to the hairlocs website to find a stylist near you.

You can go to a salon that does braids, they don't use glue for that.. Some also don't use glue for weaves. They just actually weave it into your own hair. Pretty much the same as braiding them in. You would have to check around your area for a salon that does it and cost.

Sew-in hair extensions are a good choice if you want it to last. And clip-ins are also a good alternative, you can take them out daily without any damage to your hair.
