Our 16 year old who passed away in September loved kisses and in fact, waited for them every night before we went to sleep. Turning off the TV meant to her "its time for my kisses" and would put her head up and wait for them. Some nights you would kiss her goodnight and as you walked away she would squeak which would mean "I want more" and we'd go back and give her more.
We now have a new kitty, a stray who gave us 3 kittens four weeks ago. We kiss them every opportunity we get.

Aw yea I kiss my kitties every chance I get! Especially since I do not see them everyday since I moved out. When I went to visit them today, they loved every chance they go to see me (minus the moment that my moms cat bit my hand, hard) but she still got a kiss. It shows them that you care about them and I think it makes them more loveable :)

Yes I do, for the same reason. I don't believe i've ever gotten sick from kissing my cats.
