I'm 19 and for a while now, I get these lines (lots of lines) under my eyes when I smile. It's like the beginning of wrinkles...

Is this normal for a nineteen year old? To have lots of lines like this? And ... do under eye wrinkles really look terrible?

And just to add, I do wear sunscreen and moisturize everyday.

Well that kind of happened to my sister. She started getting lines at the sides of her eyes at about 20..crow's feet...Now she's 25 and she still has the lines but only when she smiles. She works for the makeup company Artistry and she just stared using their anti-aging line because she said your skin starts to age at 26! So I don't know. But you're probably ok. Maybe sleep more?

do you get a proper sleep? If not, you need to get a sleep for 6 to 7 hrs and then see the difference. I have also faced the same problem bt it due to not sleeping on time and getting enough hrs of sleep. One more piece of advice, sleep at night, never sleep in the day. use cucumber slices for ur eyes, cover ur eyes with them and sleep.

Stop stressing....everybody has some lines under their eyes when they smile, unless you have major crows feet, don't worry its normal....remember stress makes you age quicker!

I think they can look pretty... "smile lines".

But beware: Sun damage and even more so TANNING salons give you tons of them!

it could be natural
but use some creams to clear them off as they may grow as the age advances.
