At last count there are 31,487 people named Kelly in Edmonton. Let me check with all of them, and I'll get back to you.
Oops, one of them just got on a bus. Have to chase it down.
And we don't have states in Canada.

hmmm you know i find this highly amusing that people who dont live here seem to think that every one know everyone else.......may i take this time to remind you that we have the largest single country land mass in the world with something like five miles of land for every person that lives here? you might seriously wanna reconsider that question. here are some stats on edmonton which might help you understand why you are being laughed at and not with

normally u can locate a person (if u have either the surname/family name or their address or telephone number ) and do a SEARCH on yahoosearch.
it normally always comes thru.
but if u dont have any details other than the name of this person Kelly. its gonna be next to impossible!
