I work at a Starbucks! I could live off of it too!
I know it's good.... but you shouldn't have more that 5 cups of coffee a day.

You must also drink a glass of water for every cup of coffee besides the "8cups of water a day" to keep hydrated. Now that's a lot of liquids! Can you keep on top of it? I'd be running to the ladies room a little too often! ;)

Try cold turkey for a few days... after that, one coffee will make you wired!
If you think it's hard, switch to green or herbal tea (that's what I did).

Hey you just spent about 85 bucks on Coffee maybe that helps I love cofee and red but try counteracting it with some nice hot Chamomile Tea it may help fill the void of the coffee and relax you to sleep add a little sugar . Tastes pretty good... do not be surprised if you have a headache from the withdrawal of the caffeine tomorrow

Starbucks isn't nice. Starbucks is of the devil. Stop going there. Have breakfast in the morning instead. You'll feel a lot better.

It's time to stop. Coffee is very addictive and you should cut down step by step. Just like rehab, you'd go through a withdrawal wtih symptoms. Determination is what you need.

I love coffee, too! Switch to esspresso shots and you don't have to drink 15 cups. I drink one big 16 oz glass of black esspresso, it is the best. If you are not hardcore, put milk, chocolate and ice in it. Iced esspresso, you can drink very quickly. Try it, you will love it.

for the time being get away from your computer and do some sports... that will compensate all the energy you have because of coffee. i should warn you though that as soon as the effects of caffeine go away you ll feel a bit depressed. you should get some sleep then and NOT MORE COFFEE.
