I can give a few links that offer free virus and spyware removers...!You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at

You could use the AVG antivirus software and also get Microsoft's Defender anti spyware program.

You could also use trend security's Housecall its a free online scanner

AVG-free is good. Go to "grisoft.com" to get it. It's an anti-virus software. As far as spyware, "spybot search and destroy" is good. I also like "windows defender" as a good spyware.

Try Lavasoft.com This is an industrial site, their AdAware Personal SE is at the bottom of the page and the download is free.

free.grisoft.com. It's called AVG anitvirus. Its as good as any Norton Antivirus out there.
