I will say yes..... do like 2 or 3 hours of exercise eat light specially eat fruits or grapefruit and dont eat after 6pm. hope that can help you but know dont kill yourself!!!!!!

What do you mean a few days? I'm going to think you mean a week. So basically that's more than a pound a day. You can't lose 10 lbs safety. You can cut off an arm or maybe a leg. Dieting and exercising takes practice, alot of hard work and patience. A "few days" is just too short of a time period lose 10 pounds.

I lost 20 pounds in a time period of 2 months. The way I did it was running 1.5 miles to the gym, work out for an hour, and running 1.5 miles back home. I did this about 2-3 times a week and I ate very healthy too. This took alot of hard work and patience. So 10 lbs in a few days is cutting it close. Why are you trying to lose 10 lbs in such a hurry?

You can lose 10 pounds in a week. 1 hard boiled egg for breakfast. Sometimes 2. No lunch. If you can't stand it eat a banana. Soup for dinner with fat free saltine crackers. Use the soups with the lowest amount of fat in them. Read the can. 1 or 2 grams per serving is just right. I only drank diet coke. First week you'll lose 10 pounds. 1/2 to 1 pound a day after. It isn't easy but you want it fast. Mind over matter. Stay strong. I lost 48 pounds this way. Keeping it off's another story. Let me add it's torture. But if you want it bad enough. You can do it. There you go. I didn't care if I lost the weight too fast or if it was healthy. I wanted it gone. Good luck!

It is possible, but remember that it's only going to be water weight...so you won't actually be losing any fat. A really quick way to lose weight is to eliminate carbs for a couple of weeks.

Bear in mind, however, that losing that much weight so quickly once you've lost the water weight and are moving into real weight is not healthy. You should only be losing at most a few pounds a week.

absolutely.
1. Make sure to eat a healthy breakfast, with fruit.
2. Eat the same of what you normally do, but much, much less for all three meals.(Unless it's all junk, then eat some veggies and fruit.)
3. Do some yardwork, or something that will make you SWEAT. I once lost 7 pounds in a day from weed wacking.
4. Don't eat anything within 6 hours of your bedtime, but drink around 25 ounces of water before you go to bed.
5. Get the sleep you need, don't deprive yourself.
6. Wake up the next day and REPEAT.

That's always worked for me when I need to lose weight fast.

Yes you can.... some say you will lose water weight but that also depends on what kind of diet you go on.... I would go to the health food store and get a type of colon cleansing product. Gross as it might sound, most ppl have ten or more pounds sitting in their guts. There are some decent products that will help clean the colon in a natural and effective way... alot of ppl who have done this also report losing that lil bit of tummy that was hard to work off.

It is not safe to lose weight quickly...

And if you lose weight quickly, it will return quickly.

Stop looking for instant results, and look at a long term program of healthy diet and exercise... consider it something you do for the rest of your life, not something you do for "A Few Days"

joined the army but he was like 5 lb over a weigh in. they gave him some pills that dehydrated his body and got rid of some water weight. Only took like 12 hours.
Another bad solution is to get a stomach parasite or traveler’s diarrhea i lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks. all you have to do is forget to purify the water you drink on a canoe trip.

You could do a few things. First, cut sodas out of your diet. That'll help considerably. If you have access to a sauna, you could spend some time in there every day for 15 minutes. Good luck trying that out.

Do the Cleanse Master. my brother lost 15 pounds in a week. but its tricky you have to take lemon juice, water, real pure maple syrup, and I think it was red pepper or something like that. you have to be care full coming off the cleanse though. only eat soft foods suck as fruit. so look it up... its called the Master Cleanser or Cleanse Master. be care full. Bye.
