It only depends on your practise of English speaking with other people. Try to company English spoken people. While alone, speak English by choosing some scenery photo and speak what things are u seeing in it. Try to be guide the foreigners in English. If u afford, U may go on 10 days trip to Singapore like country, where u have to speak forcibly, b,coz those peole will not understand u without it.
These are the good ways to be a perfect great speaker in English.

Well...The best way is to hire a tutor and to read, study, and practice using the English language. It is just like learning to ride a bike...scary and wobbly at first and then all of a sudden you learn and understand the process. The key to successful learning to to never give up! Read everything you can find and once you learn a new word see how many times or different ways you can use the word. This helps build your vocabulary. Read dictionaries, reference books, newspapers, and magazines. Did you know that the newspaper is written on a forth grade level....I would begin there because it is interesting and informative. Never be afraid to ask for help!! Good luck and God Bless!

I feel you need a step by step approach

1. Read English Novels and try to extract information like sentence formation etc;

2. Speak with people around you in English, you might make grammatical errors at first but at some stage definitely it will improve.

3. Read English newspapers daily

4. Watch English news channels like NDTV.COM, DD News.. try to listen carefully and see how well they pronounce each word.

5. The most important thing is: Start thinking in English, when you think in your mother tongue and try to speak in English then there you will have your mother tongue influence. So, think in English. How to do this? By following the steps 1 to 4

All the very best!
