no, not necessarily. it all depends on the context, circumstances and the company i am with -- the body signature etc. etc. it is too broad a question for a simple answer. usually people are not supposed to stare -- to look yes, everyone looks around. in fact women dress because people look. the would look if the are undressed too. you see it is kind of an odd question -- to say yes or no would find objectors. let me finalize--your question is like asking "have you stopped beating your wife?" -- there is no direct yes or no answer. hope it helps. it is meant that way, whether or not you agree.

People stare alot, people are weird. Sometimes I think I'm the only sane one, sometimes I'm convinced I'm absolutely nuts.

Yea, why do they do that?? do I have a huge pimple on my forehead?? or is it the sign that says STARE AT ME!!! I don't know...people are bored and sometimes they stare off into space and it may look like they are looking at you. They do it to me too =/

Well....If you think they are staring then everyone that you would look at would seem that they are staring you....start taking it casually if its getting annoyed and then if the person still does not understand....then confront them...but it will take a lot of guts.....

every now and then. sometimes i deliberately stare back, square in the eyes, and i don't back down till they stop. i only do that if they are being rude or giving me the creeps. i think people watching is cool, but it can be done without being rude or creepy.

i get stared at alot, basically because im different from others. i like to stand out. if others don't like it, tough. if i see a person stare at me in a way that makes me uncomfortable, i confront them, its the best thing you could do.

People are always looking at people..(people watching) I do it and I am sure you do to with out noticing...
If you are talking about family.. do something good.. and they will look at you differently.. in a better light..I went and graduated from college and it made my family look at me in a different light!
if you are talking about strangers.. do something to make them look too..lol.. I used to grab my best friends hand and act like we were together together.... it shocked most people.. but it was funny to see their reaction..

Yes, but I think it tends to be because I am 6'6" tall and even though I consider myself a nice person I do have evil looking eyes. I can't help it.:(
