Using Palmer's Cocoa Butter can work for you or break/cut open vitamin E oil caplet and applying a generous amount of vitamin E oil directly to the stretch mark. The first thing it that you should apply the vitamin E oil shortly after taking a shower. Do not wipe it off, just let it sink into the skin naturally and re-apply after your next shower. To be effective, you should be applying the vitamin E oil daily. The second thing is if you find that the area feels a little sticky or it sticks to your clothes, cover the area with gauze (for bigger areas) using medical tape to secure it in place, or a band-aid (for smaller areas).
This remedy works for stretch marks, and any skin irregularities that you wish would disappear.

You can't remove stretchmarks completely without the help of a laser process, which is pricey.

Eventually, stretchmarks become faded and basically unnoticable but if you want to help prevent new ones and fade old ones try Vitamin E oil or any moisturizer that helps restore skin's elasticity. However, keep in mind that Vitamin E oil, Cocoa butter and Shea butter don't work for everyone and there really aren't any scientific studies that prove they work at all - so don't expect miracles. On the other hand, those kinds of lotions can sometimes help to lower the chance of getting new stretchmarks, so, using them can be beneficial in the long run.

They WILL fade though, so don't worry about stretchmarks too much.

It is very important to exercise in order to get rid of stretch marks; toning your muscles helps your skin to remain firm thus preventing stretch marks.

Make sure your diet contains plenty of protein and foods rich in Vitamin C and Vitamin E, they promote good tissue growth.

Massaging your body with olive oil or Vitamin E may help.

You can also try this homemade recipe: Mix one ounce of carrier oil (try avocado, sweet almond, jojoba, they are the best) with seven drops of lavender and five drops of chamomile.

Apply cocoa butter and/ or elastin cream throughout the body as directed on label. These are very good for stretch marks.

Here is another good recipe:
1/2 cup virgin olive oil.
1/4 cup aloe vera gel.
liquid from 6 capsules of Vitamin E.
liquid from 4 capsules of Vitamin A.
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. After that pour the mixture into a jar and store it in the fridge. Apply the oil externally all over the places where the stretch marks commonly appear (abdomen, hips, thighs and breasts). If you do this consistently every day, you may prevent stretch marks.
