Anyone know speedwriting?

How would you write the word "can't" in speedwriting?

omit the vowel and the sound of c is hard one so it would be k~ "~" stands for n't.

I'd say... cnt. Usually a quick way to get a shorter version of a word is to take out the vowels.

You take out vowels and combine words of common form. Use symbols like @, &.

cnt -can't

Combining words:
Good morning. = gdmrng, Sincerely yours = sncrlyrs, thank you = tnku
