He freaking follows me around the store, he has to bag all of my clothes, I soon as I get there, he comes out, He seriously follows me around the store, I know he is just plain staring at me and makes me feel uncomfortable, I have two children and I park away from the front of the store because people can't park and I can't put my children in the car because of people park like an 1 inch away from my car. Anyways, I have contacted Food Lion's customer service a week ago and I haven't had any responses. What should I do when I have a serious Food Lion stalker

First you need to stop going to that store all together. Then you need to call the store and demand to talk to a manager immediately. You can not put your children at risk by continuing to go to this store if this guy is stalking you. If the store doesn't do anything about it then you need to contact your local police department and find out what they are able to do. If you can, get the guys name from another employee at the store and take the name to your police station. They will look the guy up in their system and at least tell you if he has a previous record or if it is something that should be watched. They may not tell you what it IS on his report but they will tell you if he has a history. I've done this before.
Good luck and please stop taking your kids to that store. At least until you know that guy is gone.

Talk to the store manager there. Let him/her know what is going on with their employee... chances are if he is doing this to you, then he is doing it to others. If the store manager doesn't handle it, then you can escalate the issue to the regional managers office or simply go to another grocery store where this isn't an issue.

Go to the head of the company and talk to them. Tell them that you feel very uncomfortable and wanted to know what was done or what is going to be done. Follow up. Protect you and those kids.
