The answer to the first question, "Does God have the capability to send everyone to heaven," is no. Because He has to abide by the laws He created, such as free agency or the freedom of choice. As for the second question, "Does He have limits to power?" No, He is omnipotent or all powerful. He did make a way for all of us to return to Him in heaven, that's why he sent His Son, Jesus Christ.

God is righteous. God can forgive and remain righteous by paying the penalty for the sinner. Therefore it is required that a man be perfect ( which God knew he could not br before the creation of the world) or accept the atonement of a perfect God who paid the penalty for him. It is not a weakness or imperfection to remain righteous. God also could have created robots without a free will that could have been perfect but again this was not God's plan. God is the creator he made the law therfore he is not under any law and could if he so chooses allow whatever he sees fit however
God is righteosus and chooses to be so and will not compromise his righteousness....good question did a lot of thinking and searching on this one.

No, he does not have limits to his Power.
If GOD prefered everyone to go to heaven, doe he have the power to do so? Yes, but he would not because he gave us all FREE WILL, therefore he have to earn our way there.

God has the power to do anything He wants, obviously He created the universe and YOU. but its the truth, you have your own decision to make. He just makes sure you know your options! lemme enlighten you as to the subject.......in hell, you can see the people in Heaven, but they cant see you. you remember the very moments you denied Christ! and on top of all that, you are being tormented with fire. Doesnt sound like something i wanna do FOREVER. accept His death for you, and live in His abundance. if you have any further questions, feel free to e-mail me! May the Lord Bless You Abundantly!!!

If God preferred......Maybe He does not prefer everyone...It is clear that He only wants those who accept Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord.
There is a time for everything. There is a time for forgiveness. There is a time for judgement. I would not be talking limits and capabilities to the One who created everything. That sounds foolish.

What if we all are aleady in heaven, but some of us mistakenly think it to be hell? It seems that some of us are blind that we can't see where we are. The blind people may think that they are in a dark place, and might pray daily to take them to a plae of light. They never realize that the problem is really their blindness.
Heaven is where God is. There is nowhere God is not, so there is nowhere heaven is not.

If you read the ninth chapter in the book of Romans (my favorite chapter in the Bible), you will find the answer to your question.
God is sovereign over his creation. He chooses whomever he wants to go to heaven or hell. It is all for his pleasure. If it wasn't for his grace in sending his son (Jesus Christ) to earth to die for the sins of his elect (Christians), no one would go to heaven; everyone would perish in his sins and go to the place prepared for them...hell.
God is the absolute sovereign. He could save everyone if he wanted to. He has no limits to his power!

He has the power to do just what you suggested, but if he sent everyone there...heaven would no longer be heaven.

When Christian theologians claim that God is "omnipotent" (all-powerful) we mean that God can do everything that can be done and is consistent with His nature. Sending those who reject Him to Heaven would be inconsisent with His righteousness/justice, so "no" to your question of can He, and "no" to your question of limitations of His power according to my definition of omnipotence above.
