For the most part, Tacos and Burritos in the fast food chains are still bad. You can get some good Mexican food in the single mom and pop places - excellent!

How do we know we have over 20 million illegals? I didn't know illegals were so anxious to take surveys and fill out census'. Wow! You learn something new every day!
btw, The quality of tacos has DEFINITELY gotten better but you'll need to find an authentic Mexican restaurant or taqueria. Taco Bell or other fast food places are owned and operated by Americans. The Mexican-owned ones are much better.

The quality of mexican food in the U.S. is equivalent to the amount of effort given by illegals on trying to enter the country legally. Too few give enough effort to make it worth the trouble. **NOTE to all LEGAL immigrants. Mexican or otherwise. GREAT JOB . Thank you for coming to our country. And trying to be like most of us. Hard working, honest and caring. This is not to say that our "illegal brothers and sisters" dont work hard. We all want better for ourselves but breaking laws is not what people have to do to come here.
We do need some good mexican restaurants though.
Note: I retracted some negative remarks i stated which i felt to be unfair to a select group. If stating it in the first place makes me hateful then so be it. At least im honest enough with myself to know what i wrote was insensitive at the very least. I hope everyone understands that even an American can admit when he was wrong. I dont know about other people, but I do respect people from other places and hope we can find the correct solution to the problems we have with illegal entries into our country by people who dont have permission to be here.

You do not live in Mexico anymore than I do. You are a bigot that is trying to cause problems. You need to remove the Mexican flag down from your ID as you are not funny.
Hey poster after mine, this coming from someone who answered to a question: Questioner: "I cut myself...." You answered "Use neosporin and you should be alright, you sound hot." I rest my case.
I didn`t say I agreed with this person did I? Back off. Go read some of my answers to the illegal immigration situation before you shoot your big mouth off.

What do you expect from fast food. Try some local Tex Mex joints. We have a lot of good ones in TX.

The so called Mexican food served in the US is not true mexican food. If you are in Mexicao you will soon find this out if you havent already. Tex Mex is what you find in the US.

....and are YOU a legal immigrant of Mexico??? Let me tell you, we have the BEST, ***-KICKIN, Mexican restaurant this side of the border!!!! Best homemade salsa, best (football size) burritos, and it is authentic, not a chain like you are referring to. They are not "true" Mexican restaurants. That's like saying McDonalds is a great steak house!

Mexicans are sneaking into our country at alarming rates. When they do this, we have every right to make jokes, snide remaks, and otherwise harass them for this.
