I'm falling for a co-worker. We flirt all the time, and I am really starting to like her. I know most of you would be like oh go ahead and ask her out but it's not that simple. We work in a very small office and I really don't want things to get weird.

I say go for it, but definitely keep it on the down low. Do not let anyone in your office know, and don't let the relationship interfere with your work. And be prepared to be able to deal with it if the relationship does not work out.

I met my boyfriend at work. My work in a small restaurant where everyone gossips and knows everyone else's business. It's hard to keep it a secret, but so far we've done a good job of it.

Good luck.

It's really not a good idea.I know I've been there. The situation becomes awkward for both people in the work place even if things are going well for both people outside work. Then if things don't work out oh boy is it not good.Flirt if you want but don't cross the line and trust me if you start dating her that will be crossing the line.

If you pull the wrong strings then you may trigger an awkward phase that could seem to last centuries that could hurt both of you two - But if the hammer hits right on the head then you could onset a relationship, it's half chance; the ball is out in the court but it's up to you to shoot.

Dating a co-worker can be great, but if things turn bad then it makes for a bad work place and you or your co-worker will end up quitting. good luck

Be very careful. It all depends on how much you value your career. But it always spells trouble if things go sour. You might not notice but everyone is watching and I don't think you want that against you.

Things always get weird anyway no matter what. Don't they? You have nothing to lose really. Go for it, and if it gets weird just deal with it.

I know the feeling. Be disciplined and decide whether you can handle it or not. Otherwise, pray and go with what comes to you (in your heart).
