It's 30-40CD at my shop depending on the jewelry you pick. You should call a shop in your area and ask though cause everywhere is different.

Most places will charge you around $30-50, depending on the jewelry you pick out. Check out your local shops and talk to them.
DO NOT GET IT DONE WITH A GUN! Gun piercings are VERY unhygenic. Do not shop around for price too much... just remember... you get what you pay for. If you're just paying for the jewelry and not the piercing procedure, do you really think that "piercer" cares about your safety and well-being? No. Places like Claires do not properly train their "piercers" in bloodborne pathogen safety and preventing infection. The gun used to pierce your ear was just used on someone else and their tissuematter and blood is still on that gun. Guns also cause more trauma, as they apply brute force with a blunt stud (which isn't suitable for piercing in the slightest) through your ear, as opposed to a STERILIZED, very sharp needle and an appropriate piece of jewelry like a captive ball ring.

I paid $30 to have mine done. That included the barbell I picked out too. I would guess that it would be about the same price anywhere you go.
Oh, and for those who asked what the tragus is...it's the little ear flap by your ear canal.

It depends on how thick it is, My daughter had hers done by a regular ear piercing gun and the cost was the same. If you have to have it done at a tattoo parlor it is going to be a lot more.
