No. Hershey's Milk Chocolate is just chocolate, but an Almond Joy is milk chocolate plus coconut and almonds. Yummy!

I like them both, but the Almond Joy is healthier because it's made with dark chocolate, nuts and coconut; whereas the Hershey's is a milk chocolate that contains additives and probably has more calories per ounce.
