Would it be insulting to buy my girlfriend a nice purse mirror with her initials on it? (She doesn't have one right now). OR, would I be better off with something else? She has alot of perfumes and purses, as well as necklaces, she was born in September, so sapphire, she really likes silver, moreso then white gold, and she definitely likes the whole heart jewelery thing. Please help?

I would get her the purse mirror with her initials. That is the sweetest thing a guy could ever do. The best part is you really put thought into the gift and to get on here and ask if it's the right gift shows alot of effort and thought put into this gift. Personally I would love that if my b/f did that for me. So go for it. Sounds like to me she would love it. Like I said especially because you put special effort into. Good Luck

Stick with the pursemirror w/ her initials on it..that seems like a nice idea. Its thoughtful, and the added initials makes it personalized so its just for her. Go for it!

getting all that fancy stuff that you think most girls would like-is not your best way to go. you should get her something more personal and from you. something simple, but means a lot between the two of you. you can be bold and make her something :p
theres lil things like:
a rock from somewhere you guys went (beach, hike, etc)
a book (something that relates to relationship and affection)
a goofy card
her favorite lip gloss
a cd (that you make-all the songs that resemble your feelings)
make her dinner
make her a photo album and have pics in it of you 2
things like that. its the thought that counts the most.
best wishes.

You know...sometimes it'd be nice if significant others would appreciate the thought, and effort in a gift over the actual gift. Wouldn't you agree? I would hope that whatever you choose to get her that she would be overwelmed by the thought and effort you've put in to trying to get the "right" thing. Later, Matt.

Um... I would go with something else. Although that would be nice to have, I don't think it would be a great gift. If you know that she would love it though and that it completely fits her personality, then get it!
