more than likely that wouldnt happen but if it did more than likely people wouldnt do it. Also if it is a threat to religion oh well because religion is man made and it can be changed based on the person in leadership and traditions.

Well I'd be in some trouble being that I'm a red head... :)
In all seriousness, the fact is that if something like that were to be found, there'd be no way it would be "validated" to be an actual piece of the Bible simply due to the fact that it would contradict every other part in the Bible that says "do not murder." With 66 books leaning the same way, it wouldn't make sense to all of a sudden have one thing that says the very opposite.

No--
There are plenty of calls for horrible things on behalf of God in the Bible that i would never do.
The matter is to contextualize and understand the historical circumstances of the hypothetical "better dead than red" pericope.
I like to tell people that for Christians, the Bible is like a Family Photo Album.. You probably don't like every incident documented in it, but it's what you inherit, and you have to figure out what to do with it.

Texts like this have already been found like this. There was even one that said Jesus told Judas to betray him. Insanity. Anyways Christians(me inclued) believe the Bible has already been collected and what God wants is in there so these types of books will never be added to the bible.

No Because I have a conscience as well. People have to consider when their conscience goes against their religion. God is in the heart though you can not receive full realization by listening to God in the heart because our minds will fool us and we generally are cheaters our self. We need to approach one who has already seen the truth. Actually the Dead sea scrolls (lost teachings of Christs have been found and only the Christian Essenes have them. Though some have pretended to have them. Go to http://www.essene.org for the lost Teachings of Christ Reincarnation, Karma etc. and http://www.stephen-knapp.com for universal truths and Vedic perspective

"The Bible" is just the collection of texts and phrases that have come down to us today. So anything found that is not currently in there, is not technically "the Bible."

The bible is already established and will not have additions added to it -- there may be scriptures found, but they would not be added to the bible, so if they were found they would not be applied.
To answer your question, no, it would not be a part of the bible.

it can't be.
You don't know the way the Bible was written.
It was canonized over years.
A peice just can't come out and be validated as part of it.
It has stayed the same since it was formed, except for what is lost in translation or what has been changed denominationally.
You should read the Bible before you start being hypothetical about it.
You should have knowledge of the topic you are discussing before you start creating situations that would never happen.

If you were Muslim and it was the Koran, yes, they would. Black Muslims in the USA believe Whites are offspring of the devil and that it is righteous to kill them, this is what their Koran tells them.
Same goes for Middle Eastern people towards non-believers/ heretics in their eyes. - CRAZY.
