my favorite are these:
1 1/2 to 2 cups of ice
10 strawberries
half a banana
a fresh lemon
milk
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1.take the ice and dump it into blender
2.next, take the strawberries and cut them finely
3.then, peel the banana and cut in half(if u want u can cut it into tiny peices other wise just put the half in as one peice)
4.Add a small splash of milk (IF U ARE LACTOSE INTOLERANT U CAN USE SOY, WATER, OR IT WILL STILL TASTE GOOD IF U DONT PUT ANYTHING AT ALL)
5.cut lemon, take out seeds, and squeeze the juice of either half or the whole lemon into blender.
6. then set blender to blend for a little bit, and then set it to whip for about 15 seconds.
7.enjoy
****not only are these delicious, but they are healthy too!!!!!!!
