That's what I like. Evidence of immorality.
A moral person would ask, "What is the right thing to do?"
You ask, "Why should I do the right thing if it won't affect me?"

You shouldn't America consumes 28% of the energy used on earth but we produce less than 5% of the air pollution, because we incorporate clean burn technologies in our vehicles and power plants.
We don't dump our sewage into the rivers or oceans but go to most any foreign country and it's the norm.
Remember the hole in the Ozone? guess what It's not their any more Remember global cooling in the 60'S guess what? Remember the population explosion of the late 60'S and how we would all starve to death, buy the year 2010.? We need to be conscious about our environment but we don't need to sit around wringing our hands every time some scientific organization declares were all gonna die if we don't give them money for a study program. It's kinda like fetal stem sell research nobody is apposed to the research but the government should not be funding the research. More than 80 cures have been developed using adult stem cell research by privet enterprise at the same time no discoveries have been developed using fetal stem cells. But people are led to believe that if the government doesn't poor money into the research Michael Fox will never go back to the future. Don't fall for the bullchip.

I think you have been listening to very many severely stupid yammerheads yammering off at you. It is a very yammerheaded thing to deny that environmental problems are worsening as you press your yammerkeys.
I would like to think it might be that you are too young to have a clear memory of how much worse things have gotten in, say, the last ten years. But I teach a class of 12 year olds, and they are acutely aware that the state of the environment is declining daily.
So it can't be because you are young. It must be because you listen to stupid yammerheads yammering off at you.
I am 60 years old, more or less. It's hard to describe how much the quality of life and the capacity of the environment to absorb chemical and thermal shocks have declined in my lifetime. When I was in grade school, we used to drink out of the stream in the back yard. Where can you do that now?
In fact, that is your challenge. Drink a 2-liter bottle of water out of the nearest stream, and then tell me that environmental problems are 1000 years in the future. If you can say it in between puking your guts out.
Stop being wrong, fool. Start being right.

So true . Wasn't it 18 years ago when Ted Danson said the oceans would all die in 10 years if we didn't clean them ?
It sure makes you wonder why environmental extremists travel to poor countries to block construction of mines in tiny villages , gripped by poverty , that would otherwise free them from starvation ; poverty and unemployment ? Is it just a cover-up to keep them "poor and ignorant "? To spread communism ?
A powerful newsclip called " mineyourownbusiness" gives insight into this .An Irish filmmaker traveled around the world to investigate invironmental extremists . Chilling .

(in the time of WW2, pilots used them as purpose prepare). because of the fact of human interest, 40 % of the worldwide's in possibility of turning right into a barren area. 5-12 million hectares of land are lost this way each and every 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. 60% of the worldwide's six hundred 000 squarekm of coral reefs would be lost in 40 years In 50 yrs the aral sea has shrunk via 60%, inflicting fish to die and themes w water scarcity. via 2010, it relatively is going to likely be barren area. because of the fact we launch a lot CFCs into the air, ozone depletion has brought about improve in maximum cancers, and dermis tumors, cos the UV B rays of the sunlight are not to any extent further blocked sufficient. worldwide warming: greater then a million species would be pushed to extinction via 2050, the arctic ocean would be ice unfastened via 2050, sea ranges will upward thrust via 20 ft, and you will see an improve in illnesses cos there is basically no longer the chilly to try against it; additionally severe climate as we are seeing now.... sooo yeah there's a lot greater..............too a lot desire that enables

I can't believe you asked this question!!!! Environmental problems are happening right now. Green house gases have destroyed our ozone layer, something that will take thousands of years to fix! Not, to happen!
We are running out of water with less than 1% of the world's water sources being drinkable, we are destroying our forests every second, so many wildlife are now extinct because of us and you ask why you should worry about it now? Because it's happening right now and it's scary and this is the only world we've got so we need to do everything we can to protect it, for us, for future generations! Worry! YOU NEED TO!

environmental problems ARE HAPPENING NOW. it is the coral bleaching, the smog in the cities, the oil spills killing sea life, the trash that washes up on our shores, the increasing unpredictability of our weather. Be afraid, be very afraid!

You shouldn't . All this noise about global warming and all is just liberal claptrap designed to get you to vote for Democrats as an emotional response to a non-problem. Forget all of it. The people who push this crap are anti-American, anti-business, anti-capitalism, pro-Communist, big-government socialists. Forget them and live your life as you see fit.
