Chihuahua's are the cutest things! I have a toy long hair Chihuahua and his name is Eddie Spaghetti. When I first got him he wouldn't eat anything. One night after the family had dinner I gave him some spaghetti, he ate it all up.
Maybe watch him a few days and see what his disposition is like, or any habits he has.
But sticking with his Chihuahua breed, I also like:

Dogs seem to respond well to vowel endings. Something in the human inflection on a vowel ending catches thier attention.
Since his name currently ends in the "eeee", sound, I would stick with that to keep the poor little guy from being perpetually confused.
