My answer is the same as everyone else, there is no difference at all. Obviously you pay more as the longer the cable is.
In most cases, Brand name is what you pay for, most of the money that you spent is because of its Brand name.

If an HDMI cable works at all, then you are getting the best possible picture. Only for very long cable runs (more than 20') with there be any difference in whether a cable works or not. Get the lowest price cable you can find, Even $60 is overpriced. Here is another source that has had good reports http://www.ehdmi.com/

Most people on Hi-Def forums say not really. I too had this very question when purchasing a new HDTV a couple months back. I paid about $60 and couldnt be happier. Basically the "normal" eye is not going to see/hear such a tiny improvement by spending an additional $50-$80. One fact remains; the longer the cable is, the more you will pay (as always). Take the extra money and buy an HDTV antenna to take advantage of those free channels!!!
