OMG!!!!
If you think that's fat you must be out of your mind! Did you know the "healthy" weight for gilrs your age is 130 lbs! If your mom keeps saying you're fat, tell her this and tell her to stop calling you that because it's not good for a girl of your age for you self confidence!
I'm 13 as well. I'm 170 lbs! If you think you're fat, you're just calling girls and guys like me FAT. You're not only hurting yourself, but others as well, think. You're not fat!
AND YOUR MOM SHOULDN'T BE SAYING SO!

Fatty??? Your mother calls you fatty... Have you asked her nicely to stop calling you that? Have you stated how much it hurts to hear her call you that? Ask her if she could be a little more encouraging!!!
If you have, what an insensitive mother you have. Here's something that you can do... Lay off the sweets and carbohydrates... Rather than a soda, learn to enjoy a glass of water... Did you realize that sodas contain so many carbohydrates? 13% of your daily carbohydrate needs!!! ONE 12 oz CAN... So if you went to say McDonalds and had a quarter pounds which has like 14 grams of FAT... You have fries which add another 8 grams of FAT and 12% of carbohydrates... That's OVER 25% of your carbohydrate intake for a day!!! If you Supersize them, that's even MORE...
What you need to do is find an activity YOU like to do and do it? Running, Tennis, Golf, whatever will get you active... That's what you need to do in order to lose the weight and get rid of the fat...

Keep a journal of you what you want your mom to know. After a few entries have been made, let her read it. If this doesn't work try to get copies of the pictures of Nichole Richie and other celebrities that have come out with eating disorders and post them randomly in the house and tell her, she can love you the way you are because you refuse to be as miserable and disgusting as the celebrities are telling you to be. If this still doesn't work, speak with your school counselor.
good luck and with your stats you added, It think you are probably just right!

No. You are not fat. Your mom has a problem...not you. Just because adults are older, does not mean that they are mature or problem-free. She sounds like the one who needs change, you're just a kid. Around your age, kids bodies change. You will probably thin out as you mature because thin runs in your family. Please, even amongst all the criticism, believe in yourself and know you are beautiful. This begins with never again calling yourself fatty. And don't listen to your mother. Be good to yourself even if noone else is.

You really aren't overweight for your height (just so you know).
Have you tried asking your mom to stop calling you fatty?
Make sure she knows that you don't like it and tell her how it makes you feel and whatever.
If she decides not to respect you or be sensitive to your feelings, ask to be excused from the conversation when she calls your fatty.

For Christmas, I would get her a book called Wasted. It's about anorexia. Let her read that that kind of perfectionistic bs drives many young girls to resort to eating disorders to be skinny.
