Post a reminder note on your bathroom mirror. Use bright colored paper or a bright colored marker to write the message. If you stop noticing the note, change it's location or change the colors.
When you finish brushing your teeth at night, leave out your toothbrush & toothpaste on the bathroom counter as a reminder.

It might be easier to make it part of your night time routine when you are not as rushed.
The goal of brushing and flossing your teeth is to remove plaque and food debris that is stuck on and/or between your teeth and/or between your teeth and gums.
If you only brush your teeth once a day, it is better to brush and floss your teeth at night. The reason for this is that your mouth tends to be dryer at night, without as much saliva rinsing and helping to remineralize your teeth. If you do a good job you will still have fresh breath in the morning. Also don't forget to brush your tongue.

I brush mine as soon as I get off the shower because i don't fell complety clean until I brush them. perhaps you should have it next to your acessories. If that doesn't work then brush your teeth in the shower. It works for my 17 year old daughter who has pearly shinning teeth.

Run your tongue over your teeth more often. That is a gret reminder. Get to know your teeth better throughut the day. Remember you may want to kiss someone. Pay for your filling, that ought to help you remember.

hmm... thats weird, i always brush my teeth in the morning, but i always forget at night! here is the procedure of what you need to do:
1. make a list of things you need to do in the morning.
2. hang it up on your door so you see it every morning.
3. obey each thing on your list
4. your problem is solved!

Yes.
Wake up.
Yawn.
Exhale.
Catch a whiff of your breath.
Get grossed out in the process.
Say to yourself, "MAN, you've gotta brush your teeth!"

I leave my toothbrush and toothpaste out on the sink in the bathroom, that way when I get up it's the first thing I see in the morning.

Not to be contrite, but how old are you? You need to have an order to the things that you do in the morning and don't deviate from them.
