losing weight quickly causes muscle wasting...your heart is a big muscle and you really don't want it to lose it's ability to function... hence the heart problems and increased risks of death. Not only while you are anorexic, but for the rest of your life!

Aside from the obvious malnutrition one can look forward to weakness, stomache problems, organ problems and or failure, brittle bones, poor dental hygiene, and a miraid of other symptoms that if left untreated will eventually lead to death. You may experience hallucinations and or lapses in reality. Your ability to disguish between the two will quickly fade. Aside from the fact that you will become completely self conscious and have severe mental issuse and or a break down. Eventually it all ends but not without much pain and suffering.
I think that about sums it up

If bulimia is also present, the stomach acid starts to dissolve the teeth & burn the esophagus. Also, there is chronic electrolytic depletion of the entire body through loss of stomach acid.
Over the course of time, the interior organs start to recieve damage from protein catabolism - the body breaking its own tissues down for energy. It's the same as other ways of starvation. Pretty mean stuff.

ultimately, DEATH
before that though...
- you will look disgustingly way too thin
- family and friends will be very concerned about you
- countless medical problems (not to mention the money it will cost to fix them)
Oh yeah, you'll lose weight. Here's what else you will lose:
- some children will never exist because you weren't here to have them, raise them to be adults and enjoy the lives they've made for themselves.
- going to weddings for those children
- grandchildren that you will never be able to give a hug to and do all the things that grandparents like to do
- nieces and nephews that will only know you as "that person" in a photo

Your hair can fall out. You lose muscle mass. You get fatigued easily. You will stop having periods. You can get anemic. It's an obsession that is not easily shed. There are so many negatives and no positives. If you are anorexic get help fast. You can even die because it weakens your heart.

You could die, you could lose so much weight you look like a AIDS patient, nothing good can come of it.
