You could add something to your exercise... like jogging, walking, lifting weights. Diet Rite is the best soda you can possibly drink...because it has NO sodium (the others do have sodium...even the diet ones).Sodium RETAINS water, so you look bloated. Crystal Lite doesn't have sodium either. Drink plenty of water too (8 cups a day). Water speeds up your matabolism...flushes out toxins in your body...makes you feel better...and our bodies are mostly water anyway...so, we NEED water. And keep eating right.

The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise.

Don't take diet pills, it might seem like it isn't hurting your body, but in 10 years, the effects will clearly show.

Stop eating chocolate, sugar, glucose, things like that. You might think it isn't harmful, but "tiny snacks" throughout your life can mess up your body.

Set small goals for yourself. Don't push yourself to do 200 pushups a day. You shouldn't lose more than 1-3 pounds a week.

Before starting to diet or go to the gym and such, talk to your doctor! He knows your body! There is an ideal weight for everyone.

Don't make exercise a punishment! Have fun with the things you do!

If you have a friend that also wants to lose weight, work together! Find fun exercises online!

True results will take time. It could take a few weeks, or even months.

The main thing is to keep motivated and don't give up!

Don't fall for fad diets. Sure, they can work for some people, but everyones body is different, and you could be wasting your money!

Stay away from sugary sodas and juices. Drink plenty of water (not sports drinks!) and milk, plus orange juice if you want a change!

Good Luck and Keep telling yourself that you can do it!

Simple! I had this problem dont' eat after 7 or 9 p.m. Instead of having three big meals have six amll meals and they must be healthy. The soda has to go. That is not good for a person who wants to loose weight they only put diet on the can to appeal to customers who are cutting back on soda but it's still bad

I have walked everyday during lunch at work and after 6 months I finally see results. I eat good too but this is the only thing that has worked. I was a size 12 now 8 - it really works but you have to be sweating!

The reason you aren't losing weight right now is because you are building muscle. You are still trimming off the fat, but muscle yissue weighs more than fat does, so it can be dicouraging. Look at yourself in a mirror, and see if you can se a difference. Also, have your BMI checked and use that as a guideline to a healthy body.

Don't get discouraged - you are already looking better I'm sure.

do you drink soda? i used to drink it all the time. start drinking water (milk and juices are okay to drink too) only. that's what i did and in the first couple weeks, i lost about 10 pounds. i also quit eating those little snack-cake things(like little debbies), which i rarely ate anyway, which helped with my weight loss. bball practice might not be enough exercise. whenever you have extra time, do sit ups, crunches, or push ups. good luck!

The skateboard is doing a great style of the paintings! in case you're out on the skateboard, take a pair of 25 minute walks daily. you have that 8 pounds off in approximately 3 or 4 weeks.

Have you had your thyroid levels checked?I was having the same problem and my doctor ran a thyroid test and it was too slow(hypothyroidism). He put me on some daily medication and the weight fell off.Hypothyroidism is nothing really to worry about, but it can make it very difficult to loose weight if it is too slow.A simple blood test could be your ticket to slimming down.

Join Weight Watchers & stick to it. Seriously, it works. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months and I didn't even exercise that much.

Hmm, continue eating healthy and exercises. I think you just need to be more patient to see the results.
