I wouldn't eat just fruits but with other food I see no problem with eating fruits with dinner.

The question was only for DINNER. So if you eat your protein and veggies during the day and have only a little bit of fruit for DINNER than its ok. If you have consumed your recommended daily intake of a healthy nutritional diet than its ok. As long as you don't gourge on the fruit or eat the fruit with the highest carb content it's ok. People have a little fruit for breakfast so why not at night? It's also packed with vitamins, minerals, and other healthy staples that we need. If your not a diabetic that is.

It is good for your health to eat a balanced diet. This includes fruits, veggies, protein sources, grains etc.

Everything in moderation. I eat tons of fruit ( I'm a vegetarian ). Keep in mind that fruit, as healthy as it is, has a lot of sugar.

That said, blueberries, strawberries, pomegranates, raspberries pack an amazing amount of antioxidants in them.

absolutely nothing batter than fruits at night.. u will never gain weight and its really healthy... for u r bady and skin
