First of all..your plan sounds like you're eliminating most of the food from your day. Bad idea. Studies show people who eat breakfast lose weight faster. You get too hungry by lunchtime and the salad won't cut it. Better to eat something healthy before work, like a bowl of oatmeal or an eggwhite omette with some whole grain toast. You can still have that coffee. Have the salad for lunch, but watch the dressing. Many have tons of fat and calories. Then exercise and eat a light dinner. Maybe some skinless chicken, steak, or fish along with a large side of steamed veggies.

Don't skip breakfast. If you do you are sabotaging your metabolism. If you try to starve yourself you will just end up craving the bad foods. Try to increase your fruits and vegis and make sure you are eating enough protein. Exercising will really help but you have to give your body enough fuel.
