Hey, I'm listening. Honey, what you need is an angel. I'm not an angel, but I'll at least listen. You shouldn't be ashamed of yourself. You are special and different from everybody else on this planet, and that is something you gotta be proud of. You gotta try to see every last, tiny little good thing in life, and you gotta hold on to those things. Even if those things don't mean anything to other people, just remember they mean something to you, and that's all that matters. But for the divine purpose, I strongly suggest yoga. It's very relaxing, it helps exercise the body, and at the end of every session it can leave you calm and relaxed if you've done it properly. You should go out and try things. Look deep inside your heart and ask yourself, what do I really enjoy? What am I good at? And again, even if they are only the simplest things, you must still hold on to them, and you must try. Look into sports, maybe, or some social activities. If you don't like them, that's okay. At least you tried.

Hi,
I think it's not a matter of positive or negative word you get. It's all about mind set. Everyone have their own mind set which have been develop since in the young age. If the matter you dont feel happy. Just try to see the other person life like orphan, beggar, jobless person, disable person. And finally you will be really glad that you still have many thing and given many thing to life. I know it's hard to do it... but seems at some point everyone will feel really bored in life want to have something new or surprise. Try a new activities just do wht ever you never do it before....
Cheers !!

Wow...are you sure I didn't write that question? As a fellow over-analyzer and over-thinker I highly recommend you pick up this book called Get Out of Your Mind and into Your Life. It's all about mindfulness and acceptance. They say being aware of the present and accepting your emotions for what they are is the key to contentment. Problems arise when we start to fight the emotions we perceive as negative rather than accepting them, feeling them and then moving on. Another good exercise is to try writing down at least one positive thing about your life everyday and one thing you are thankful for. Doing something nice for someone else always helps me too. Send a supportive friend a thank you card. Donate to a cause. I don't know...whatever is important to you! The last bit of advice I have for you is to give yourself a break! Feel good about who you are and the romance will come. Love yourself and the anger will fade. Know that you have a lot to offer and you won't be ashamed anymore. Take care.

Please pray harder and more often. Every after prayer, you will automatically feel comfort or easing of pain. Do not be disappointed if your prayers has not been granted because sometimes He gives it and sometimes not. Always believe that no matter what happens, there is always something better in store for you. And definitely, it would be for your own good. Keep on fighting the negative feelings. The following quotes give me going sometimes and hoping it will help you also. Just repeat it a couple of times until it sinks in into your system.
1) (from lyrics of a song) "When the going gets tough, the tough gets going."
2) (from Footprints in the Sand) - " When you are hardest hit, remember, you must not quit."
3) (common quote) - No guts, no glory.

1) You might find it helpful to talk with someone professionally about all that suppressed stuff. If you don't find a way to deal with it , it keeps coming up, often @ the most inopportune moments!
2) Start going to a gym. This will channel some of your physical energy off into a harmless direction.
3) Learn meditation - it will teach you how to relax.
Eric Harrison's books are very good - he teaches it as a life skill of physical relaxation - that's all. I meditate every day, & it makes all the difference.
Good Luck !

Ive felt the same way before, not quite depressed, but not really truly happy with my life.
The thing that helped me was I got a good hobby to take my mind off the negative things that I'm hoping will even be my carrer: music.
So find something you enjoy doing, walking in the park, or swimming, try all sorts of new things!
Meet someone! Try to make some new friends!
You only live once... make the most of it!
Hope this helps,
Tristan

It's worth it. Life is always worth it no matter what. Whether it seems like it or not right now, from what I've seen in my life, thing always get better. Find something to live for and break away from routine. Someone else said to go to the gym. This is a great idea. You'll stay in shape, be happier with yourself and it gives you something to look forward to. Or even try running around the block. Pretend your running from everything in life. Its a great feeling. I wish you luck. Don't give up. I PROMISE YOU THAT THROUGH IT ALL, LIFE IS WORTH LIVING IN THE END.

Yes, we are listening... and caring about you... one thing that I can tell you that will help you is to focus on someone else and do something kind for that person.... and then do something nice for someone every day, until it just becomes natural... believe me, you will definitely feel better and find true happiness! The other thing I can tell you that will help you is to find out that there is a Heavenly Father who loves you and watches over you all the time
He sent His Son Jesus Christ to lead the way... to live and die for all of us, and He loves each of us more than you could ever know or understand! Let your thoughts be guided towards Him.
Best wishes... I hope you find the peace you are seeking....

yes I am listening....do things that make you happy don't concentrate on negative things or be around them. The thing your looking for comes within...join a support group, talk to people don't be afraid to ask for help...even though you say your not depressed, you might be and not know it.......hopes this helps a little...I think we all have been there at some point in our lives..I just ignore them and go about my business and keep busy....even if it means taking a walk around the block...Good luck....

First you need to have a plan. Write everything down that you would like to accomplish daily. Then have a plan for future goals. The only way this will work is w/ perseverance. You have to make yourself do these things even when you DON"T want to.
Confidence.. You can do it!!!!
Perseverance... After you do it, you will feel so good...
Positivity.... This is what you really need in life...
Spirituality... Your soul needs this...
REALIZATION... Only you can make it happen....
Good luck
