I'm going to do about 200 sit ups a day and walk for the 30 minutes on my bowfelx treadclimber. How fast do u think i'll lose weight and/or will i lose wight fast? do u think i lose 15 pounds in 2 months? thanx u guys

Its not just about excersise. Its a combination of excersise and healthy eating. Also dont overdo it. It wont help you any. The amount of weight that you lose depends of how much you weigh to begin with. The more you weigh, the more you'll lose.

Hi,

It can be done. but of course it's have to be extra 200 sit up and control food. I think it's better to be not so hard. since if like that, when you stop doing exercise it's will be a disaster and your weight will be increase again.
So, just take a time. doing a light exercise, as long your body get lose several pound it's will be better... maybe you can try 15 pounds in 6 month.
This is just the opinion, maybe you have other target with willing to lose 15 pound in 2 month... It's will your own choice...........

Weather or not you lose weight will be a matter of what you eat.

I can tell you off the bat that you will be doing more crunches and cardio then you need to.

By doing just what you stated you will develop an overworked abdominal region and an under worked lower back. In addition you could, if done over time, develop a 'hunch-back' condition.

If your goal is to lose 15lb in 2 months, consider following this:

1. Five minute warm up

2. Pick 6 non exercises break them up into 3 groups of 2.

each group should consist of non competing exercises. i.e. group one should be something like Squat and Push up, Not Squat and Lunge.

3. You will perform 12 reps of each exercise 2 times.

4. Take a 1 min break between each set.

5. After completing group 1, go to group 2, then group 3.

6. After you finish exercises, simple perform 12-15 minutes of cardio intervals (45 sec as fast as possible, followed by 2 min slower, repeat).

Do this and you should lose your 15 lbs in less than 2 months without hurting your back.

Too many factors involved that are unknown. You can lose weight though, just continue exercise, watch your diet, and increase your exercise routine every day...walk a little further, start running, run more often..etc.

i say cutthe sit ups to 50 and walk for 1 hour.

also, watch waht you eat, because 1 snickers bar is about 3 hours worth of walking. NEVER drink soda pop (unless it is 0 calories), and i mean EVER. don't drink juice either. don't drink anything with sugar. the only drink with calories u should have is milk (NOT chocolate).

just stay away from sugar and fried food like chips and fries, i lost 20pnds in 2 months just jogging for 20 min a day and watching waht i ate.

depends on your diet.. eat healthy, make sure you drink plenty of water, and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. .the anti oxidizing agents in veges help you to loose weight, and the fiber and roughage in the fruit also helps TONS in riding your self of the toxins and fat, keeping you healthy and aiding in weight loss.. Avoid junk food and you should loose in NO time.
The water will help flush out the toxins and keep your energy up.

also a little tip.. do your cardio before the abs work outs,, and make sure u do ur back work outs.. you dont want a weak back and strong abs.. that causes really bad back problems :)
