i downloaded the flash player and stuff but still it's not working,does anyone know any solutions and why it's not working?

Download another browser, preferably Opera (it's free!), and install the latest Flash Player. It will work, mark my words. Something in one of the MS updates screwed up Flash Internet Explorer on many XP computers. The same thing happened to Win 98 computers a while back. I use Opera for every site that requires Flash now, and the bonus is it is a little faster browser than IE.

Make sure you have uninstalled all events of flash player before you try to install the new one. Adobe has the new 9 and it works great. I hope this helps. "PEACE"
