I am 5'3 and weigh 155lbs. Is that heavy for my height? After having 2 kids I feel really self conscience about my weight.

I believe you're fine, ur just not made to be pole thin that's all...if you feel self conscience about ur weight, exercise 3-4 times a week!!! You could also try looking up weight charts!

You are NOT obese or anything, but it is understandable to have weight on from pregnancy. If I were you, I would try to fit in maybe an hour of physical activity a day, because staying at 155 might not be the best thing.

Not really, but if you are feeling self-conscious about the way you look, maybe you could exercise, or something. Most women have things about themselves that they do not like.

It really depends were your 155 lbs. is. Because if you have a small frame and a big butt well thats just an example.

I would say that is considered mildly obese, but then, I like women with a little meat on their bones.

sorry kind ya for your height. i am 5ft7inc and weight the same. and lets just say i am nor skinny nor fat.
but dont worry it is just a little that would come off if you try.

but since you have 2kids i do not know. i do not have any.

no that`s not heavy for your height because you`ve had 2 kids. it`s not the 'perfect' wieght but it`s not 'bad'
