i heard whiskey and mineral water is low in calories? is this is true, and what else is low in calories?

The calories comes from the alcohol at about 7 calories per gram. Mineral water carries none. Other things contributing to the calories are sugar and fat.
e.g. Baileys, high fat and sugar plus the alochol. So stick to the non sweet liquors, wines and mixers for less calories.

I believe the answer is zero. The mix adds calories and mineral water, like any water, has none.

Sparkling water (Carbonated) is water that has Carbon dioxide gas dissolved in it. So as long as this water does not have any sugars or any other additives (Diet drinks sometimes have a trace amounts of carbohydrates and Protein), it is safe to assume that there is no calories in sparking water.
