You have quoted the Golden Rule.
It is not found in the Bible as such.
However, the concept of treating others as you would like to be treated is throughout the scriptures.

some scholars attribute this statement to the Christ however some still dispute the origin... the statement stands on it's own regardless so take it for what it's worth ...also , some live in a glass house so they shouldn't throw stones
