Anything that is fried, processed foods, too much salt, fatty foods are ALL foods that we need to stay away from. People, with their busy lives do not have enough time to exercise like we should so all that food just settles in and packs on the pounds.

Uh, yeah. Take a look in your cupboard. It's probably filled with them! And NutraSweet and Splenda are the worst of the worst. Search the internet for the side effects of those and how the FDA is covering up information because the products that those are in are worth too much to discontinue those sweeteners.

As a doctor once told me, "If you want to be more alive than dead, eat food that's more alive than dead." Think about that when you next go to eat something.

Pretty much everything. Canned foods are so full of preservatives and so are frozen dinners. Even the fruits and vegetables in the grocery stores are sprayed with pesticides. Artificial sweetners in sodas are not good for you. Well i'm getting hungry so i guess i'll go to Mcdonalds and get a fat greasy cheeseburger and fries........yummy. I can feel my arteries clogging already.

I would put sliced deli meat in the unnatural category. It contains so many salts and preservatives that it's a wonder how people can eat it.

lots, even some that we don't suspect.

Take a grocery store egg for example -- they only have, on
average 18mg of DHA in them. DHA is something that the human body uses to build brain and eye tissue.

This is compared to an organic egg from free-range, un-caged chicken, fed organic food rather than garbage -- these eggs have over 300 mg of DHA in them!!!!!

I will never eat another grocery store egg again.
