question for muslims. why God asked muslims to follow the path of Abraham, and not Noah?

i know God has commanded muslims to follow the path of Abraham(P). however, Noah(P) came first before Abraham, then why didn't God asked to follow the path of Noah?

well God has choosed 4 off springs.
[33] Allâh chose Adam, Nûh (Noah), the family of Ibrâhim (Abraham) and the family of 'Imrân above the 'Alamîn (mankind and jinn)

however, Abraham was the only one from among all the prophet of God that God has took him as khalil (very close friend).
[125] ..... And Allâh did take Ibrâhîm (Abraham) as a Khalil (an intimate friend)!
Quran 4:125

Abraham believed in God without holybook, prophets sent to him, without seeing miracles. he did not follow the path of his people, neither inhirited traditions. he was willing to kill his son just to obey God.

Muslims do not follow the teachings of Abraham. Abraham had a covenant with god that his children would inherit the kingdom of God. That is why his name is used by the Muslims it is for credibility they love to use the names of prophets and the name of Jesus while calling their teachings corrupt. The only way the Muslims know the names of the prophets is from scripture that they call corrupt...therefore it is obvious they do not teach what Abraham believed only use his name for credibility the same with Jesus.Abraham was asked by god to sacrifice Issac. This was the prophesy of the coming of the Messiah. When God's son would be sacrificed/ when Abraham was walking to the mountain to sacrifice Issac...Issac asked his father we have the wood and the fire for sacrifice but where is the lamb for sacrifice? Abraham told his son the lord would provide himself a lamb. Abraham knew that god would provide himself a lamb and that lamb was Jesus Christ who said Abraham glorified to see his day. the Muslims teach that they follow Abraham but that Abrahams teachings are corrupt....they use the names of prophets for thier credibility and deny their teachings.

I believe this. Noah (PBUH) had the job of the Ark and dealing with the flood. That was his duty on this Earth. We follow Abraham (PBUH) because Allah told us to, simple as that. He is the one who built the Kaaba and we perform many things in Hajj because of him and celebrate Eid after the Hajj for the remembrance of him almost sacrificing his son. Both Prophets had different duties to fulfill and Abraham (PBUH) had the duty of being an example for followers. Noah (PBUH) was to clean the land, save his family, and proof Allah exists.

I have 2 answares:
1>I think because Noah's message was limmitted to his people that all perished in the flood, but for Abraham was from the second generation after the flood , it is from him that came all the prophets ( from isaac came the jews and christians and others)
(from ishmaiil came Muhammad p) I think we need to follow him and MUhammad p.
2> from noah we have no "manassik", but from Abraham we have al kaaba for pilgrimage, the slauthering of the sheep adha eid, assafa wal marwa ( it was hagar his wife who walked 7 times between the two mounts), zamzam,.......

Allah(God) told us Muslims to follow all the prophets,not just Noah(peace be upon him)or Abraham(peace be upon him)Muhammad(P) is the last prophet of them all.

actually Allah (or God) did command muslims to follow Noah (P) BUT he told the people at the time noah was around to follow him. Durin da time Abraham was around Allah commanded dose ppl to follow abraham. And durin da time of moses, allah commanded da ppl to follow moses and den when jesus came Allah commanded them to follow jesus and den we believe dat muhammad (s.a.w.) is da last prophet and we know haf 2 follow him.

Abraham is their patriarch, not Noah.
