When I punched some one with a six pack and it was flexed it didn't feel like hitting a pillow when you hit a fat guy. You know? When i got punched I had to really focus on my abs so they didn't relax.

hi there ya im 15 been going for a 12 months to fitness center and feature a well watching six %.. good my pal punches me a couple of instances and it looks like not anything so much, whilst you get powerful abs the item is whilst you get punched to generally tend to flex so you'll be able to take in the punches and its tiring nevertheless it doesnt quite harm that so much. it makes type of a hitting the wall noise.

I have the almost never acheived 10 pack and one time a guy punched me and broke his nails.
What a pansy! He didn't even belong in the same gym as a guy like me.

i am in good shape a 4 packand it still hurts but when you punch a fatty your arm like goes all the way in like come here arm...NOW
