Caviar.

It's the perfect combination between childhood candies (flavor crystals, concentrated flavor syrup, liquid-filled bubbles, tapioca pearls) and adult tastes like smoked sprats or sushi. I love the bright colors, the smell, and the burst of flavor with each egg. I actually prefer cheap fishy caviar with artificial dyes, just so long as it doesn't have a lot of salt.

Type of food?
Probably Italian, Chinese and Brazilian. Oh, and can I add French?

But if you're asking just a food itself, then I'd say Caprese Salad. I can eat that every single day.
