I can't tell if you are male or female, but you really should look at these heart attack symptoms listed on this page -- my first thought reading your question was that it sounded like so many women's heart attack stories I have heard about (this does not mean a male couldn't have the same symptoms, of course):

You may want to check into what is going on in your gut. Excessive gas can mean you have an imbalance of good vs bad bacteria. Take some good organic yogurt with not fruit every morning. If that isn't enough, buy some probiotics in the health food store. Watch what you are eating too. Limit fatty, salty or any other unhealty foods. Cut out any sodas and caffiene. Drink lots of pure water.
