Head up to Long Beach and take a tour or better yet stay the night on the Queen Mary. That ship is supposed to be haunted.

The Waley House in Old town, kinda pricey to get in and its kinda touristy, except for the court house area... I got a weird feeling and really freaked out when walking in there, and wanted to leave asap! Also, there are the Midget houses of Lajolla up on Mt. Soledad, as well as Old Slaughterhouse Rd in Lakeside. If you guys freak yourselves out enough, any place can be scary.
