Its okay to get angry coz its normal. It has nothing to do with religion . Humans have feelings. Unless, if a person belong to a cult and like a robot...following what is good for their cults. Every religion should not dictate what their members should feel. It should be that way. Mis interpreted maybe because of the leaders say. Express what you feel but, be responsible with your actions. Just remember the golden rule, DO NOT DO UNTO OTHERS WHAT YOU DO NOT LIKE TO DO UNTO YOU..... God bless.

Anger is a natural human emotion, it exists inside eachone of us, but as for my religion, Islam, prophet Muhamad said that the real strong person is that who can control his anger.

But there is nothing wrong about expressing anger, just dont do fool actions or take any decisions while you are in that case.

Defending yourself or your loved ones against any danger is not related to anger, and sure you wouldnt raise your head to the sky and pray.

Jonah 4:2 "He prayed to the Lord, "O Lord, is this not what I said when I was still at home? That is why I was so quick to flee Tarnshish. I knew that you are a gracious and compassionate God, slow to anger and abounding in love, a God who relents from sending calamity.
We have all the emotions we have because God gave them to us. We can get angry as long as we do not act out on it. We must be careful of our reaction.

Jesus got angry when he saw people who claimed to be doing god's work doing things that were wrong. Check out his reaction to the market traders in the temple grounds. His was a 'righteous' anger, and I'm perfectly happy to get angry at people who claim to follow christ but don't do the right thing. I'd expect them to be angry at me if I did the same.

my religion allows cat kicking, but not dog throttling. no live ammunition is allowed, but plastic bullets are often used during congregation, if we get noisy. Gods baseball bat sometimes comes out, if the Rev.Hardthrottle feels overwhelmed by the anger of our lord, though only so as we may not stray from the righteous path.

Ephesians 4:26, 27 - Be wrathful, and yet do not sin; let the sun not set with you in a provoked state, neither allow place for the Devil.

YES!!! DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT?

Actually, the Bible says, in your anger, do not sin and to deal with what makes us angry before the end of the day. In otherwords, don't go to sleep angry.

Yes, especially against injustices. This is a rightous anger. Anger is one of 5 major emotions that, technically, are neutral. It is how it is expressed that determines its moral qualification.

The Bible says to be angry and sin not.

God does not expect us not to become angry, but to be very careful how we handle that anger.
